Our Villa

The villa was built by the award winning Lennar Homes, to its Wynnewood II design.

 

Inside, we have chosen every single item

individually (as opposed to buying the more usual budget furniture package). Consequently, our home is finished with luxury furniture and designer furnishings. No expense has been spared to ensure that you have the ideal place to relax after a day out at the parks.

Our home is at the highest elevation of the golf course, backing onto forestry and the golf course. Due to the cul-de-sac position and the size and shape of the lot, we have one of the most private settings on the whole Highlands Reserve development.

 

The fully screened pool has been upgraded to 28’ x 14’, and the deck extended to provide extra space for seating and loungers. The pool can be protected with a pool fence and double locking alarmed doors for the safety of our younger guests.

Family Room

Solid cherry armoire containing 27” colour cable TV and DVD, video and book library, matching chest (with CD system) and matching end table. Two sofas (one converts easily to a full size bed). Access to pool and patio area.

 

Dining Area

Large dining table with 8 upholstered chairs.

 

Games Room

The centre piece of this room is a full size ‘American Heritage’ slate bed pool table, complete with professional grade ‘Aramith’ pool balls imported from Belgium. This is the perfect room to relax and socialise with a gorgeous extra wide sofa, wine rack and drinks tables. Computer with unlimited broadband internet access (5MB speed), plus wireless internet access.

 

Games Room 2

With 7 foot air hockey table, foosball table, darts, 2 sofas, drinks table.

 

Kitchen and Utility Room

Fully fitted kitchen with light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances and gadgets. Includes a huge American fridge / freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, cocktail blender. Separate laundry room with large capacity washer, large capacity dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board.

 

Master Bedroom Suite

True luxury with a 6’ king sized bed with 400+ thread count sheets, armoire with 25” colour cable TV, twin bedside cabinets and large walk in clothes storage closet. Direct access to the swimming pool. The en suite bathroom includes a large corner bath (for 2), large walk in shower, dual sinks with marble surfaces. Separate WC.

 

Bedroom 2

Another luxurious bedroom with 5’ queen size bed, solid wood furniture, colour cable TV and built in wardrobes.

With 2 twin beds, 27” TV with Playstation 2 and games,

bedside table, armoire and built in wardrobes.

With 2 twin beds, cable TV, bedside table and built in wardrobes.
